– 999 for emergencies i.e. crime in progress or immediate threat or risk to life.
– 101 for non-emergency incident reporting
– Online report form on West Mercia Police website for non-emergency incident reporting
N.B. SNT mobile numbers should not be used for reporting incidents as we have no permitted access to create incident logs; bypassing the 999 / 101 / online reporting by using our mobile numbers slows the process down as we then have to contact the control room to log the incident.
